Exploring the Simpson Protocol with Justine Lette at the Australian Hypnosis Conference

Trish - Justine, welcome! Let's dive right in. What specifically drew you to the Simpson Protocol?

Justine: Last year, I focused a lot on trauma and traditional hypnotherapy methods. But the Simpson Protocol is a completely different approach, and it’s quickly become my favorite. I’ve always been drawn to methods that allow for deep, transformative experiences. The Simpson Protocol offers that in spades, working with altered states and providing a structured yet flexible framework.

Discovering the Power of the Simpson Protocol

Trish: How did you first get involved with the Simpson Protocol?

Justine: It all started before COVID when I was bringing trainers to New Zealand for various hypnotherapy courses. Somehow, I connected with Ines Simpson, the creator, and we organized a training in Auckland. I didn't know much about it initially, but I was curious. During the training, I was blown away by the depth and effectiveness of the sessions.

Trish: What makes the Simpson Protocol different from other hypnotherapy techniques?

Justine: The Simpson Protocol is unique because it doesn’t rely on scripts. It uses a series of questions to engage the Superconscious mind directly. This allows for profound healing and insights without needing the client to disclose their issue upfront. It’s a modality that anyone, even those without hypnotherapy experience, can learn and use effectively. It's also appealing to people from various backgrounds, like mediumship and bodywork, because of its holistic approach.

Understanding the Superconscious

Trish: How do you explain the Superconscious to your clients?

Justine: I keep it grounded. I describe the Superconscious as a part of us that has access to deeper knowledge and decision-making. It’s like an overseer that can provide insights we might not be consciously aware of. During sessions, clients might speak in the third person, indicating a deeper level of awareness and understanding.

Trish: How do you incorporate the Simpson Protocol into your practice?

Justine: I use it with nearly all my clients, especially men. I often employ ideomotor responses, where clients respond with finger movements. It's a powerful way to engage the Superconscious and get to the root of issues. Even for clients who are skeptical, the process can be incredibly effective.

What to Expect at the Conference

Justine: I plan to give a comprehensive overview of the Simpson Protocol and its benefits. If there’s interest, I’d love to conduct a group session to give everyone a firsthand experience. We can explore how it works and answer any questions attendees might have.
