Things you need to know!

Communication:
All communications will be done via email, zoom or discord - We will not be creating a Facebook messenger group as a lot of information becomes lost (and a lot of unnecessary information can create confusion). We will add you to a email list and email you along the way.

Your Affiliate - Earn $$:

Affiliate payments will be made 30 days after the AHC to your paypal account. If you do not have a PayPal account please navigate to PayPal now and sign up - it’s free.
We pay 10% for each person that signs up for the 2025 AHC.
Lost your affiliate link? - Let’s fix that. Go to your email address and type into the search area “Australian Hypnosis Conference Affiliate Link” this will bring up the email we sent you with your link and how to access your affiliate link account.

Your Content and upsell:
Your content will be recorded on the day of the conference and then placed into the members area for attendees to access until Nov 1st, 2025. Your bonus/upsell content will be updated in the members area after the conference. You content will be emailed to you after the conference and belongs to you! we will not on sell it outside of the members area. After Nov 1st, 2025 your content will be permanently deleted. Ensure that your upsell is available till Nov 1st, 2025 to avoid confusion for attendees.

Can’t make it on the day due to illness etc?
Let us know asap! - We have a waiting list of speakers that missed out. They are waiting to step in and present. Unfortunately we have some people in the industry that are known for registering for events and then cancelling at the last minute to gain free advertising. This will sound harsh but it needs to be said. Don’t be that person! We are very flexible and understand life happens, but do not mistaken our understanding for charity.

Post event - Members area and Replays:
After the AHC we will send all attendees and speaker a registration link and code to access the current members area. In this area you will be able to see the replays, offers and redirections. All speakers will also be emailed their content (or links to the content). You can register for the area with the same email as previous years. Simply follow the prompts on the screen.
