We will send you the sign up form to choose speaker times. We will email you a code to reduce the price to $0 :)

Once completed we will send you a form and code to sign up as an attendee

We will contact you about your logos etc so we can talk to the printers and get things started.

How many tickets are available for AHC2023?

We have 120 seats available at AHC 2024 with the option to expand it further to 150. - Online we are opening up 100 seats and can expand that to 300.

Sponsorship Clarity

  • As a sponsor you will be able to attend the Australian Hypnosis Conference on Nov 9th and 10th 2024 and enjoy all speaker talks, replays, morning/afternoon tea and lunch each day plus all day tea and coffee.
    On Nov 9th come and dine with us with a 3 course meal and music.

    Available with Minor and Major Sponsor Tier

  • As a sponsor we will place your logo on our following social media platforms.

    • YouTube Channel - Pellen and Palmer

    • Instagram Pellen and Palmer

    • Tiktok - Australian Hypnosis Conference

    • Email - once a week from April 1st till Nov 14th

    • Facebook Business Pages - Pellen and Palmer + Australian Hypnosis Conference

    • Facebook Group - Specialty Hypnosis Training with Pellen and Palmer

      Minor Tier will have name displayed at end of videos in text format.
      Major Tier will have logo and verbal mention during the videos and name displayed at the end of the videos.

      How often do we post?
      We aim to post a video every week from Feb 1st to Nov 14th.
      Picture posts are done weekly.
      Blog posts are done fortnightly.

      We will also display your logo on our webpage and blogs and backlink them to a webpage/offer of your choice until Nov 1st, 2025. (Webpage will display new sponsor once purchased however your logo will remain in the members area)

  • Every in person attendee will receive a loot bag as part of their ticket to the AHC 2024.

    For those that can’t make it in person we offer the option to join online via zoom. Each online attendee will receive a loot box with snacks and offers to enjoy during the zoom.

    Minor Tier Sponsors will have their logo with QR code that redirects to a website/offer of their choice placed inside all loot bags and loot boxes.

    Major Tier Sponsors will have their logo with QR code that redirects to a website/offer of their choice placed IN and ON all loot bags and loot boxes.

  • At the AHC 2024 we have the opportunity for exhibit tables at the locations. The tables are limited in numbers however Major Sponsor holders are guaranteed an exhibit in the best location for the 2 day event.

  • Sunday is our big day! We will have an MC introducing you and promoting your product/services.

  • The AHC 2024 is offering all day tea and coffee. As a major sponsor your logo will be on the coffee station and tables as well as the speaker lecterns.

  • All attendees will have hand crafted lanyards. On each lanyard we will place a button badge with your logo on it for all to see.
